Pork Chop Recipe

I have recently been asked for good pork chop recipes. Here is one of my favorites:

Rosemary/Lemon Barbecued Pork Chops

2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup lemon juice
Grated peel of 1 lemon
2 TBLS olive oil
1 TBLS chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
4 pork chops (1” thick)

Whisk together garlic, lemon juice and peel, oil, rosemary, basil and lemon pepper. Place pork chops in a large plastic bag; pour in marinade. Seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and reserve marinade. Grill chops over medium coals about 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear, brushing occasionally with marinade.
