Here's to Your Health!

I heard on the radio the other day that the reason that you feel sluggish in the morning is because you are dehydrated. They said if you drink a glass or two of water first thing in the morning, you won't feel as sluggish and studies have shown that people then drink less coffee. They also stated that one of the first signs of dehydration is feeling hungry. They recommended drinking a glass of water and if you are still hungry in a half hour, it truly is hunger. This is also a great weight loss tip.

So, grab a glass of water and toast to your health!
