Wishing Tree

I recently spent time with my girls making a wishing tree, thanks to the great idea I read about on NoTimeForFlashcards.  This is a cute idea where the girls made stars using cookie cutters, glitter and glue.  After drying, we cut them out and they got to choose a wish for each one.  It was a fun activity and inspired a lot of creative stories with their wishes.  Their wishes ranged from wanting to be a fairy, to getting a bounce house to wanting to fly to the moon.

I love this. I'll have to get my kids started on it straight away.
