March is National Nutrition Month

You have probably heard of the many health benefits of yogurt--probiotics, calcium and even fiber in some.  For National Nutrition Month, you may want to add yogurt to your diet.

I know I like to offer my kids a bit of yogurt daily.  It makes me feel better because it is another way to sneak calcium into their diets.  I like eating a bit everyday, too.  In fact, I have been eating plain yogurt with a tad of honey as I don't care for fruit in yogurt.
