Review: Bing Search Engine #CleverShopping

Thank you to BING for sponsoring my writing today. To learn more about BING Shopping Rewards, click here. I was selected for this sponsorship by the Clever Girls Collective, which endorses Blog With Integrity, as I do.

There are so many search engines out there to choose from.  Some are great, some are okay, and some, well, they just plain stink.  I was asked to review Bing.com and was pleased that that it falls into the first category.   I searched the familiar—sites that I use frequently—just to see what shows up first.  Every time, the top listing was the site I was looking for, unlike some other search engines that pull up all sorts of crazy stuff first.  They even have the autofill for common sites.  Then I searched other things, like Versailles, IN campground.  Right off the bat, it listed the state parks campground website, followed by other campground sites in the area.

Next, I tried searching my church, which is sometimes a trickier one to find on the web.  It was the first thing listed.  I noticed off to the left side, they listed other links possibly affiliated with the church, like the school, the parish, and other Catholic parishes nearby.  I thought that was pretty neat.

Then, I searched some of my favorite shopping sites.  Perfect hits every time.  Which is good for me, because I love online shopping ever since having kids. I mean, really, I just don’t have the time and energy to drag my kids to stores.  It is so much easier to click some buttons and have what I want show up at my doorstep a few days later.  Not to mention the deals I have gotten online!  I am on a first name basis with the man in brown here.  I am not quite sure what I would do without internet shopping!
