You Are What You Eat
According to Shape Magazine, Spanish researches discovered that people who eat trans fats (found in processed foods, most pasteries), even in small doses, had up to a 48% greater chance of experiencing depression over a six year period. They also discovered that people who ate a diet rich in olive oil, avocados and other unsaturated fats were less likely to feel gloomy. Just another reason to avoid processed foods!
