Book Review: When God Created My Toes by Dandi Daley Mackall

When God Created My Toes by Dandi Daley Mackall and illustrated by David Hohn is an adorable book in which a child questions what happened when God created her.  The pictures are very fun and silly, as the little girl asks her questions in rhyme, each beginning with, "When God created my..."  My favorite verse in this book is, "When God created my heart, did he make it beat?  Did he make it sweet?  Did I love him from the start when God Created my heart."  This book helps children to realize how perfectly God made them.

My girls both enjoyed this book very much.  I loved the book as well.  The illustrations are great and the rhyme is adorable.  This book makes you feel good when reading it and reminds you of how God created every detail of you.

This is a nice book for children, mainly girls as the illustrations are of a girl, ages 2-5.
