**CLOSED**Giveaway: Prima Princess Presents the Nutcracker DVD

Review:  Prima Princessa Presents Sleeping Beauty
Giveaway: Prima Princessa Presents The Nutcracker

Do you have a budding ballerina?  If so, you do not want to miss out on Prima Princessa presents Sleeping Beauty.  This wonderful DVD provides aspiring ballerinas the opportunity to learn ballet steps while watching the famous Sleeping Beauty, performed live by The Royal Ballet in London, England.  Prima Princessa, an animated fairy princes, tells the story of Sleeping Beauty.  Between acts, students of the School of American Ballet demonstrates ballet steps, encouraging little ones to dance along.  After the ballet is over, there is a magical tea party with fun floral crafts.

This video is great on so many levels.  I love the narration of the ballet.  Prima Princessa does a wonderful job of explaining what is going on and engaging little ones in the story.  The ballet itself, of course, is absolutely stunning.  Between the acts, not only do we see the students dancing, but aspiring little ballerinas trying out the steps, too.  Prima Princessa stresses over and over the names of the steps so little ones can learn it.  This video really gives children a taste of the ballet and teaches them to appreciate the fine arts. is a fun website that features ballet books, videos, games, printables and more, so make sure you check it out, too!
