Shame on You, Penn State School Officials

Yesterday's news about the Sandusky scandal sickened me.  How so many people could cover up what that creep did is horrible.   I haven't finished reading the full report yet.  In fact, I could only read a bit--I can only handle so much at a time.  How does one get to the point where your school/team/job is more important than protecting children?  They never had any empathy for Sandusky's victims.  And somehow, I suspect there are many, many more victims who never came forward (maybe they were paid off).

And what about these guys families?  They have been destroyed all because none of them had the morals, the balls, the courage to stand up and defend the innocent.  Talk about sins of the father!

We should all be angry about this.  We should all learn that if you even suspect child abuse, you should report it, no matter what!  We need to put an end to child abuse in this country!

Your last paragraph says it all ... yes, take a stand against child abuse! If you SUSPECT it, REPORT it! Otherwise you are part of the abuse problem. Wouldn't you rather be a part of the solution?

This is the most sickest thing I have ever heard! That Jerry Sandusky could spend all those years molesting young boys and nothing was done to stop him! Joe Paterno knew about it and so did two officials at the college! These men could have stopped a lot of boys from being molested, but all they cared about was themselves! They need to lock Jerry Sandusky for life!
