Happy House Wife. We made them again today--they are so delicious! Drizzled with warm maple syrup...yummy! I also like the recipe because it is healthy for you. Packed with whole wheat and pumpkin, these are pancakes with substance that will get you through the day--not high sugary ones that make you sluggish for the rest of the day. I will freeze leftovers and serve them for breakfast on rushed school mornings.
