Pumpkin Panckakes
I found this recipe for pumpkin pancakes last year over at the Happy House Wife. We made them again today--they are so delicious! Drizzled with warm maple syrup...yummy! I also like the recipe because it is healthy for you. Packed with whole wheat and pumpkin, these are pancakes with substance that will get you through the day--not high sugary ones that make you sluggish for the rest of the day. I will freeze leftovers and serve them for breakfast on rushed school mornings.

Can I come over for some? They look great and I have not made pancakes in ages.
What a lovely idea and I love all things pumpkin so this would be so great to try for the fall mornings. Thanks for sharing.
My husband and kids (and myself) LOVE anything pumpkin but we've never tried making Pumpkin Pancakes. Guess what we're having for dinner tomorrow! Yum, breakfast for dinner with some maple sausage. Now my mouth is watering, thanks for the post!
These pancakes look so delicious! I do not like the pancakes that are not healthy! I make these pancakes called Banana Oat pancakes, and they are so delicious! I would love to make pancakes with pumpkin next time!
This looks wonderful! I raced over so I could grab the recipe. One of my favorite pancakes is sweet potato pancakes. These look very similar. Thank you for sharing. :)
