I may live under a rock, but I had never heard about BB creams till I tried L'Oreal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream.   When I got the product, I couldn't really remember what it was.  Was it a cream?  A foundation?  I had to do some reading about it.  L'Oreal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream is a product that gives sheer coverage with built in skincare benefits.  It is infused with Panthenol, Vitamin E and Glycerin to moisturize your skin for 24-hours.  But it also beautifies your skin by hiding flaws.  It also corrects and evens skin.

I opened it--it is white and thin.  I didn't detect an odor.  I didn't have high hopes for it. How could this thin stuff possibly cover my skin as well as my foundation?  I put it on.  White.  Seriously.  It is white and thin with little beads.  I smoothed it over my skin and withi saw it transform into skin color.  My skin color.  It spread smoothly, albeit thinly.  But the coverage was incredible!  My skin looked like...well, my skin.  Only smoother, clearer and brighter.  It didn't feel heavy at all.  I looked at it and I looked at the dark circles around my eyes.  Usually, I use a cover up for eye circles.  I dabbed a bit on my fingers and worked it around my eyes.  I had amazingly good results.

My skin looked just as good as when I wear a full coverage foundation.  In fact, I would say it looks even better because it doesn't look like I am wearing foundation.  It looks like I just have great skin (much like I did when I was younger).  But it doesn't feel like I have makeup on.  I don't even feel the need to set it with powder.  And, for those of you with oily skin, like me, it really seems to control my oil, too.

I love this stuff!  I love it even more when I discovered the price--it retails for just $10.95 for a 1 fl. oz. You use so little of this that it will last a long time.  It comes in four self-adjusting shades:  fair, light, medium and deep, so it is not hard to find the perfect shade.

Check out the picture of me with the BB cream--doesn't my skin look fabulous?

Disclosure:  I received a sample of BB Cream to facilitate this review.  As always, this review contains my honest opinions.
