3 C. Self-Rising Flour
1/2 C. sugar
12 oz. beer
2 tbls. butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour and sugar. Stir in beer just until blended. Do not over-stir. Pour into greased bread loaf pan (batter will be lumpy). Bake 1 hour, spreading melted butter over the loaf the last 10 minutes of baking.
