And it definitely didn't. Broken into 4 sequences, Peter has things on this DVD that I have never experienced. Some of the stretches were amazing and many times during the video, I found myself thinking this is what I need to be doing for my body. However, I wouldn't recommend this program for newbies as it is quite challenging. My experience in yoga consists of taking an actual college course as well as classes at fitness center. Had I had no experience, I would be completely lost as his moves are not just the basic moves. A problem I experienced was that often, I felt like he was talking so fast and I had trouble following what I was supposed to do. I am sure that after I do it a couple times, that will not be a problem.
Also, if you are going to do this DVD, you will need to be prepared with some yoga equipment, including a strap, blocks, sandbags, etc.
